Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If your order is not 100% free from defects in materials and workmanship, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt exchange for the same item, or full refund. Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return except when there is a quality concern as mentioned above. A Return Authorization Number must be requested within 5 days of receipt of merchandise.
